As a junior EFL teacher you will work with our head teacher to learn our teaching system and prove you can operate at a high level.

For candidates interested in becoming a Head Teacher you will work with management, other teachers and customers to ensure our EFL program is meeting its goals.
A head teacher will be able to do all of the above +
・speak conversational level Japanese
・has managerial skills
・is rock solid reliable
・is able to identify problems and implement elegant solutions
Side note: If you like to smoke and drink booze and party a lot, rock on, but this is not the job for you.

We use a well-developed curriculum
Students grouped according to English proficiency and not age

a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4 year university
experience working with kids
teaching experience (teaching license / TEFL / TESOL preferred)
prior work or life experience in Japan
minimum 1 year commitment to the job
good people skills / a high EQ
behavior that is consistent with that of an Early Childhood teacher
the ability to work independently once a clear direction has been given
